Effortless Cleaning with the iRobot j7 Robot Vacuum

Although I’ve only been using the iRobot j7 Robot Vacuum for 2 months and it has changed my cleaning life. It has a docking base with a built-in debris collector. All you have to do is lift up the lid and underneath you’ll find a section on the left where you can store an extra debris bag and on the right is where the debris actually empties into the bag here. The dirt will empty automatically at the end of the session, but you can also do it manually.

On the top of the iRobot j7 Robot Vacuum itself, you’ll see this indicator light here, this round button. When it comes to the appearance of the unit, both the robot itself and the base are really aesthetically pleasing, so even if you can’t tuck it away in the corner, it still looks nice when you have it out. I usually control everything from the app, but for this video I’m turning it on manually on the top of the unit.

When you start it for the first time, it’s going to go ahead and find its place. You’re going to have to do mapping sessions before you do your first real uses, but even after it finds its maps and really has kind of set a framework for your space, it starts to reorient itself.

I find iRobot j7 Robot Vacuum to be quite intelligent and it is able to get itself out of some tight spots that it might find in your home. Through the app, you can customize it to avoid certain rooms, schedule it to clean automatically at certain times, or even have it set to clean while you’re away from home. When it’s done, it automatically returns to the dock. The dirt bin then empties on its own.

The construction of iRobot j7 Robot Vacuum is very durable with the wheels and the dust collectors and the beater bars are pretty durable and well made. You’ve got the dust arm over there that rotates when it’s ready to actually clean and you have to empty the dust collector manually.
